Thank you for choosing Summie Permanent Jewelry Naples FL, a trade name (DBA) of Summie Jewelry LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We strive to provide a premium, transparent experience. Because our core service involves custom-fitted, welded jewelry, our policies are designed to reflect the unique nature of these products.
1. Permanent Jewelry (welded services)
All sales of permanent jewelry are final. Because each chain is custom-measured, cut, and micro-welded specifically to your body, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the service is performed. We ensure every client is 100% satisfied with the fit, style, and integrity of the weld before they leave our store.
2. THE SUMMIE WARRANTY (OUR COMMITMENT TO QUALITY)
We stand behind our materials and craftsmanship. Summie Jewelry LLC provides the following limited warranty:
Complimentary Re-Welds: If your permanent jewelry breaks at the specific weld point within one (1) year of purchase, we will re-weld it at our Naples studio free of charge.
Material Integrity: We utilize 14k Solid Gold, 14k Gold-Filled, and .925 Sterling Silver. If your piece experiences a verifiable material failure within one (1) year, we will replace or repair it.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover lost jewelry, or chains that have been broken due to excessive force, snagging, or intentional tampering.
Third-Party Repairs: Repairs for permanent jewelry not originally purchased from Summie are subject to a $25 fee (waived with a minimum in-store purchase of $75).
Note: Proof of purchase or a record in our booking system is required for all warranty claims.
3. Ready-to-Wear Jewelry
For non-welded, "ready-to-wear" items (such as rings or clasped necklaces), we offer a 14-day return policy.
Condition: Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Exchanges: Exchanges for items of equal value are permitted within 14 days, subject to stock availability.

4. APPOINTMENTS & GIFT CARDS
Cancellations: We require 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations.
Gift Cards: All gift card sales are final and non-refundable.
5. CONSUMER DISPUTES & AUTHORIZATION
All refund requests, warranty claims, and consumer escalations are managed by our Director of Operations and Authorized Representative, Marcio Naegele. We are committed to high standards of customer service and will review any unique circumstances with fairness and transparency.
