1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Summie Jewelry LLC, doing business as Summie Permanent Jewelry Naples FL ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the summiejewelry.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

Summie Jewelry LLC is a Florida Limited Liability Company (Registration #L23000178250) established on April 10, 2023. Our principal office is located at 9657 Oxford St, Naples, FL 34109. Our retail studio operations are located at 9123 Strada Pl, Unit 7120, Naples, FL 34108.

By accessing the Site and/or engaging in our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Service, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and our services and you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Services & Eligibility

Summie Jewelry LLC provides in-person, custom-welded permanent jewelry services.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to receive services. Minors must be accompanied by a legal parent or guardian who must provide written consent and remain present during the welding process.
• Service Nature: Permanent jewelry involves a precision micro-welding process to secure a claspless chain. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge the nature of this service.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices for chains, charms, and connectors are subject to change without notice. We accept Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Mobile Wallets and cash. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its original content, features, and functionality are the proprietary property of Summie Jewelry LLC. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Avyss Naegele, Managing Member.

5. Authorized Representation

Digital operations, marketing, and advertising for Summie Jewelry LLC are managed by Marcio Naegele, Director of Operations. Marcio Naegele is an authorized representative of Summie Jewelry LLC for all brand communications.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Florida. Summie Jewelry LLC and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Collier County, Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Summie Jewelry LLC or our directors (Avyss Naegele), employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or our permanent jewelry services.
