At Summie Permanent Jewelry Naples FL, a trade name (DBA) of Summie Jewelry LLC, we take immense pride in the quality of our materials and the precision of our craftsmanship. We want your permanent jewelry to be a lasting part of your story.

1. THE SUMMIE CRAFTSMANSHIP WARRANTY

We provide a one (1) year limited warranty on all permanent jewelry services performed at our store. This warranty covers the integrity of the micro-weld used to secure your clasp-less jewelry.

  • Coverage: If your chain breaks at the specific weld point within 365 days of your original appointment, we will re-weld it at no cost to you.

  • Material Quality: We guarantee that our chains and connectors are genuine 14k Solid Gold, 14k Gold-Filled, or .925 Sterling Silver as specified at the time of purchase.

2. LIMITATIONS & EXCLUSIONS

While our jewelry is designed for daily wear, it is not indestructible. This warranty does not cover:

  • Lost Jewelry: Summie Jewelry LLC is not responsible for chains that are lost or stolen.

  • Chain Breakage (Non-Weld): Breaks occurring in the chain links themselves due to excessive force, snagging, or accidental damage are not covered under the free re-weld policy.

  • Chemical Exposure: Tarnish or damage resulting from exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, or sulfur-heavy environments (outside of normal wear) is excluded.

  • Intentional Removal: Chains cut or removed for medical procedures (MRI/Surgery) are covered by the "free" warranty. If the chain is cut for any other reasons, a $25 dollars fee may apply.

3. HOW TO CLAIM YOUR WARRANTY

To receive a warranty repair, you must visit our retail store in person. Mail-in repairs for permanent jewelry are accepted, but a clasp will be added so it can be shipped back to you.

  2. Verification: Please bring your original receipt or provide the name used during your booking so we can verify your purchase date in our system.

  3. Store Location: All warranty work is performed at our store: 9123 Strada Pl, Unit 7120, Naples, FL 34108.

4. AUTHORIZATION & DISPUTES

All warranty claims and material authenticity inquiries are overseen by our Director of Operations, Marcio Naegele. As the authorized representative for Summie Jewelry LLC, Marcio ensures that every client receives service that meets our rigorous quality standards.
