2. SAFETY & WELDING PROCESS

The permanent jewelry process involves a precision micro-welding machine that creates a quick spark to join the metal.

  • Safety: We use specialized protective equipment and barriers to ensure your skin is never in contact with the heat source or spark.

  • Risk: By engaging in our services, you acknowledge the inherent nature of the welding process. Summie Jewelry LLC is not liable for any injuries resulting from improper aftercare or intentional tampering with the jewelry.

3. HEALTH & MEDICAL DISCLAIMERS

  • Metal Allergies: We utilize high-quality 14k Solid Gold, 14k Gold-Filled, and .925 Sterling Silver. However, Summie Jewelry LLC is not responsible for any skin reactions, allergies, or sensitivities to these metals. Please consult with a physician if you have a known history of metal allergies before receiving service.

  • Pacemakers: Our welding equipment utilizes a pulse-arc system. Individuals with pacemakers or other sensitive electronic medical implants should consult their doctor before being in close proximity to the welding machinery.

  • Medical Procedures (MRI/Surgery): Permanent jewelry may need to be removed for MRIs or surgical procedures. We recommend cutting the chain at the jump ring. We offer one (1) complimentary re-welding service if the chain is removed for a verified medical reason.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Summie Jewelry LLC and its managing member, Avyss Naegele, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of jewelry, skin irritation, or damage to the jewelry caused by external force, chemicals (such as chlorine), or natural wear and tear.
