Does it cost anything to join?

No. Summie Rewards is free. There’s no card, no app, and no minimum purchase—just your phone number.

How do I earn points?

You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend in a single transaction at our Mercato store. Points are added automatically when you pay with the phone number on your account.

How do I redeem a reward?

Once you reach a tier, we’ll text you. Just let your Summie artist know at checkout which reward you’d like to use. The $10 reward can be used once per visit.

Can I use more than one $10 reward at a time?

No. The $10 reward is one per visit—that’s per visit, not per transaction, so splitting a purchase into separate checkouts doesn’t unlock a second one. If you’ve saved up more points, put them toward a free charm, ring, or bracelet instead; those are the better deal anyway.

Do I have to redeem right away?

No. You can redeem at any tier or keep saving toward a bigger one. Points stay on your account for 24 months from the day they’re earned.

Can I earn points at pop-ups and private parties?

Yes—as long as you check out with the phone number on your account, your points are added the same way they are in store.

I forgot to give my number at checkout. Can I still get my points?

Bring your receipt on your next visit and we’ll take care of it.
